Warranty Policy

Torch offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturer's defect in material and workmanship for lifetime of the product. If Torch product is proven defective, Torch will replace them at no cost to you. If Torch Products are not considered defective (scratched or chipped sunglass frames and lenses are not covered under our warranty), Torch will replace your product at a reasonable charge.
